How to Order

You can order your plinths online, over the telephone, or by email. We then email you an invoice, you pay it, and we make your plinths. We then phone you when your plinths are ready to collect.

Ordering online

Simply browse our product sections, add products to your shopping cart and check out when you're ready.

Once checked out you should immediately receive an automated email informing you that your order is being processed. Within the next 24 hours you will receive an order confirmation from us, along with an invoice. We will commence work on your order when this invoice is paid.

You can pay your invoice by PayPal or by credit card using the PayPal link provided on the invoice. Alternatively you can post us a cheque.

We will contact you as soon as your plinths are ready to collect.

Ordering by telephone

If you'd rather order by phone just call us on (01895) 442 386. We will take the details of your order by phone and then email you an invoice which you can pay by PayPal, credit card, or cheque.

Ordering by email

If you'd rather just send us an email with the details of your order, that's fine too, but please under no circumstances send credit card details via email as it is unsecure. We will email you back with a confrmation of your order, along with an invoice which you can pay by credit card, PayPal, or cheque.

Delivery

At present we do not offer a delivery service for orders placed online, however we can organise delivery for you; just call us on (01895) 442 386 and we will provide a quote.
